What does the DUPR reliability score mean?

A player with only 3 matches against close friends may have a high rating (e.g. 4.2) but a low reliability score (e.g. 25%). A reliability score above 60% requires playing against diverse opponents who themselves have verified match connections to regional and national tournament players, proving the rating is robust and free from isolated rating bubbles.
